Guidelines & Terms

Project Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Introduction

Welcome to ZenvyroLabs. We are dedicated to delivering top-tier digital product engineering, including scalable web platforms, mobile applications, and enterprise-grade systems. This Project Policy outlines our operational terms, scope definitions, and guidelines for all client projects to ensure transparency, clear communication, and a successful partnership.

1. Project Scope & Feature Requests

A well-defined project scope is critical to the successful delivery of any software solution. To avoid misunderstandings and ensure your vision is perfectly executed, we require all features to be explicitly documented prior to the commencement of development.

Strict Requirement: The client MUST explicitly mention every single feature they want in the project. Whether the feature is small, large, or considered "mandatory/obvious" by industry standards, it must be documented in the initial agreement.

2. Out of Scope & Additional Features

Once the project scope is finalized and development has begun, any requests for modifications, enhancements, or new features will be treated as "Out of Scope."

Additional Feature Pricing

We are always happy to accommodate changes and add new features to your project. However, please be aware that any additional feature outside the initial finalized deal will incur additional charges.

Feature Pricing: Additional features typically start at $20 per feature, but the exact cost heavily depends upon the technical complexity and required development hours of that specific feature.

3. Structural Rework & Scope Creep Penalties

The following penalty charges apply due to major deviations from the finalized agreement mid-development. Changing the core scope or design after approval requires our team to discard finished code, redesign responsive layouts, and rebuild database architectures.

Repeated Post-Approval Design Changes

If a client requests design changes repeatedly after the layout has been finalized and approved, a rework penalty will be applied. This is because continuous alterations require our team to re-code responsive CSS, alter backend structures, and rebuild database schemas to accommodate the new designs.

Mid-Development Architecture Refactoring

Requesting the complete removal or drastic alteration of core modules (e.g., removing "Doctor" and "Clinics" modules) midway through development incurs a heavy penalty. Tearing out core architectural dependencies is highly complex, causes significant project delays, and requires intensive database restructuring to prevent system crashes.

4. Source Code Ownership & Pricing

At ZenvyroLabs, we build robust, structured architectures tailored for long-term scalability. While you own the rights to use the compiled, finished product upon full payment, the delivery of the uncompiled source code is treated as a separate, premium deliverable.

Source Code Cost: The source code for any project is priced at $200 per platform.

This fee applies individually to each specific component of your project ecosystem:
